Introduction: In the context of Semantic Web, interoperability among heterogeneous ontologies is a challenge due to several factors, which semantic ambiguity and redundancy stand out. To overcome these challenges, systems algorithms are adopted align different ontologies. this study, it understood that controlled vocabularies particular form ontology. Objective: obtain vocabulary resulting from alignment fusion Vocabularies Scientific Domains Areas Foundation for Science Technology, -FCT, European Vocabulary -EuroSciVoc United Nations Educational, Cultural Organization -UNESCO nomenclature fields in Computing Sciences domain, tobe used IViSSEM project. Methodology: literature review on systems/algorithms ontology alignment, using Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses -PRISMA methodology; three vocabularies; validation by means Delphi study. Results: we proceeded analyze 25 variants participated at least one track Ontology Alignment Evaluation Initiative competition between 2018 2019. From systems, Agreement Maker Light Log Map were selected perform vocabularies, making cut area Computer Science. Conclusion: The was obtained having presented better performance. At end, with 98 terms domain be resulted FCT (Portugal), Union (EuroSciVoc) another & Technology (UNESCO). This result beneficial other universities projects, as well itself
